About Bastille Day Lakefest

Building off of the Belleville Lakefest that started in 2012 and Storm the Bastille 5K Run/Walk annual events, we are pleased to bring you in its second year, Bastille Day Lakefest – a unique festival showcasing Belleville, Wisconsin's French Heritage, Lake Belle View and Community Park, its amenities & improvements and Main Street. The event will offer wildlife habitat learning and promote health & well-being. There will be 5K Race, Lumberjack Shows, Interactive Lumberjack Camps, music, free canoe & kayak and boat rides, French Fur Traders Re-enactment Camp, a photo contest, Meet & Greet Miss Wisconsin, French Jazz Foot Parade with special appearance of the Dairy Princesses, food & drinks featuring local non-profit organizations, youth sports clubs and area businesses. Except for the races, participating in the Lakefest events are free!  Donations will be welcomed.

A portion of the proceeds will fund the BCAP and BCHIP rent/utility assistant program, high school scholarships, and post prom activities.  All club/non-profit organizations participating in the event benefit.
